 Lillian Siclari, 87 -Country music singer lived on annadale "Ranch"

Staten Island, NY- Former Staten Islander Lillian Anna Siclari, 87, a homemaker and accomplished country music singer, died yesterday at Brookmont Health Care Center, Effort, PA.,where she had been living for the past two years.

Born Lillian Anna Hoffman in Paterson, NJ., Mrs. Siclari moved to Dongan Hills in the early 1940s.

Since relocated to Annadale with her husband in 1957, where he built a western-town ranch, complete with horses and an old-time saloon and jail for children to play in.

She moved to New dorpin 1991, then to Pennsylvania in 1998.

During World War II, Mrs. Siclari worked in a defense factory, making first-aid kit for life rafts.

For several decades, she played guitar and sang country music songs with her husband and her two sisters. Her singing would be featured on radio shows, and she often performed with her family in nightclubs.

In her spare time, Mrs. Siclari enjoyed sewing.

Her husband of 27years, Charles Siclari, died in 1965.

Surviving are two sons, Charles and Robert C.; a daughter, Lillian D. Siclari; andthree grandchildren.Arrangements are being held by Bolock Funeral Home In Paradise Valley, PA. They include a blessing service at the funeral home Thursday at 8pm.,followed by burial in Moravian Cemetery, New Dorp.
