Brandenburg [C09/P078] $16.99 by Stacie Loyd Date Added: Friday 04 June, 2010 Would have loved it, if they hadn't sent a defective product. It was missing pieces so I couldn't build it. Emailed them several times asking if I could return the item for a replacement or refund, and have never heard back from them. I sent the puzzle back today and we will see if they will replace it or refund the money. Not very happy with the customer service right now. They don't have a phone number so I can't talk to a live person. Rating: [1 of 5 Stars!]
